About the Florida Inclusion Network

The Florida Inclusion Network (FIN) is a state discretionary project which functions under FDLRS. Our mission is to collaborate with all districts and schools to provide customized services and supports that ensures all students with disabilities have the same educational, social, and future opportunities as their peers.  Organized into five regions and working in partnership with districts and schools within a specified geographic area (Region 1Region 2Region 3Region 4 and Region 5), FIN facilitators work with districts and schools by collaboratively developing and increasing opportunities for meaningful inclusion of students with disabilities. In partnership with districts and schools, FIN facilitates the implementation of inclusive best practices through:* Data-driven, student-focused planning and problem-solving across districts and schools.

* Data-driven professional development and technical assistance to increase knowledge and skills of district and school personnel (such as, Collaborative Teaching, Inclusive Scheduling, Instructional Planning and Coaching).

* Coaching and resources for district and school personnel to sustain inclusive best practices.

* Sharing information to build collaborative relationships between families, schools, and districts.
